Achieve Australia enjoyed a busy financial year 2024 with innovation and building on practice excellence key themes.

We introduced a new holiday program for people in Northern NSW, fostered community through sporting and creative pursuits and supported travel adventures for people including an ocean cruise.

Learning was another key area of activity both for people receiving services from us and for our workforce. We celebrated with the graduates of a life skills program co-designed with young people with cognitive disability, and separately, a group of employees from AchievAble Enterprises who gained a nationally recognised qualification.

We offered a range of learning opportunities to our frontline teams to further hone their skills in delivering services to people with complex disability and support needs. And learning was a priority for other teams at all levels of the organisation including our senior leaders.

Achieve also strengthened our foundations by developing our first Disability Inclusion Action Plan, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Materiality Assessment and our inaugural Reconciliation Actin Plan.

We invite you to explore many more highlights in our Annual Report 2023-2024.
