At Achieve we call our accommodation services My Home. Our My Home team understands you want to live as independently as possible. We provide the supports to make that happen whether you want to live on your own, with a flatmate or with housemates. Our team is also experienced in assisting clients with complex needs to find accommodation and supports to suit their goals and preferences

We tailor supports to your goals, interests, and your health and medical needs so you get the most from life.

Shared and individual disability accommodation

We will tell you all the options so you can find the ideal home, supports and living arrangement.

Daily assistance with self-care activities

My Home assists with daily living tasks like personal care, home duties, getting to appointments and outings that are just for fun.

Drop-in support

Your day, your way. We support you with personal care and tasks at home as well as  arranging a catch-up with family and friends, find and attend a job, and get to appointments.


Short term accommodation and respite

Set within beautiful grounds, Summer Hill House is a well-equipped home away from home for people with intellectual disability, high physical support, and/or complex health needs. 

Registered nursing support

We offer people living in their own homes 24-hour support from qualified nursing staff when it is needed to provide that extra peace of mind.

Our Kellyville property is a cluster of community homes with 24/7 live-in support in a quiet neighbourhood, close to local shops and parks. The homes have been designed for people who require high levels of physical support through care, equipment and home modifications.

Vacancies in fresh, purpose-built apartments designed to support people requiring high-level physical supports through home modifications and 24/7 access to onsite support staff. Each unit has an accessible bathroom and kitchen, as well as assistive technology for more independent living if desired.

This lovely 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom light-filled home is nestled in a quiet residential area. Built on one level, the house is close to public transport, a park, medical centre and shops.

Suitable for someone happy to join a friendly household with 2 women in their 60s, and a man in his 30s who share a love of spending time in the community, participating in local art classes, seeing friends and relaxing at home.
