Casino, NSW 2470
About the home
Available from November 2026.
These newly built homes in Casino are designed for people with High Physical Support (HPS) SDA funding under the NDIS, and may also suit some people with Fully Accessible (FA) funding where the support model is a good fit. SDA provider Inclusive Housing Australia has partnered with Achieve Australia to deliver a modern living environment where people can live independently while receiving the support they need.
The Richmond Street site includes a mix of 4-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom homes, along with a one-bedroom villa. Each home is designed to support mobility, daily care and assistive needs, while still offering a calm, residential setting.
Homes are arranged to support individual routines while still being part of a small, connected site. Bedrooms, bathrooms and shared areas are designed for accessibility, with space for equipment, daily supports and time with family and friends.

Life in Casino
Casino offers easy access to local shops, services and community spaces. The town centre is close by, along with outdoor areas like the Richmond River Scenic Walk.
Time outdoors, social visits and trips into town are part of what the local area offers, with access to familiar places and services.
At home, family visits, shared celebrations and time together help create a place that feels social, connected and comfortable. Music, movies, footy and everyday moments all contribute to a home that feels lived in.
Living here supports day-to-day routines, connection to the local area and access to nearby services, while maintaining a stable and well-supported home environment.
Support model
Support is coordinated according to each person’s NDIS plan and is delivered across the site, rather than within each home individually.
The model includes:
A shared model of active and overnight support across the site
Consistent teams who take time to understand each person’s routines and preferences
Clinical oversight and support for higher needs where required
Daily supports planned and reviewed to align with individual goals and funding
Before someone moves in, time is taken to understand routines, health needs and personal preferences. Equipment, support and appointments are planned in advance so support fits into daily life.
Compatibility between people is considered carefully, including routines, communication styles and support needs, to support a comfortable shared living environment.
The home is intended for people with higher physical support needs related to mobility and daily care and may suit some Fully Accessible participants where this model is a good fit.
The accommodation and support model is not designed for situations where behaviours of concern are incompatible with shared living.

Life at Dundas
The guys at Dundas enjoy a beautiful setting with nice gardens and vegetable patches, which they love to maintain. They are about to plant the garden for winter, and can’t wait to see what grows in the cooler months. The home features two lounge rooms, allowing everyone to socialise together or enjoy some quiet time separately.
