Congratulations to Tina McManus, Executive General Manager Customer, Practice and Quality at Achieve for winning the Contemporary Practice Award at the Disability Staff Recognition Awards.
As a leader at our organisation Tina ensures that the needs and aspirations of the people we support are at the centre of our work and has created mechanisms to elevate their voices in policy, procedure, and practice.
Tina was also on the NDIA Participant Contingent Care Panel for NSW advising the disability services sector on COVID safety. Achieve Australia was one of 4 providers on the panel.
Held by the National Disability Leadership Organisation (NDLO), Achieve staff were finalists in 3 award categories.
Our Customer, Practice and Quality team were finalists for the Team of the Year Award, Senior Support Worker, Kathy Gottwald, was a finalist for Support Worker of the Year and Operations Manager, Leanne Larche, who leads our social venture Achieve Enterprises, was a finalist for the Golden Juggler Award.
