Our Crowle Estate was the first medium-density development in NSW to achieve the Liveable Housing Platinum Certification. It was also recognised in 2015 by the Australasian Housing Institute for innovation. This apartment complex pioneered the distribution of accessible apartments throughout the community, encouraging social inclusion for people with disability.

There are also community vegetable patches, which residents love to maintain. Fun activities, including on-site BBQs and discos, are regularly organised. Additionally, clients are part of a larger residential community that extends beyond the floors where they reside.

The people we support at Crowle Estate live independent lives, going to work and day programs, participating in sports and exercise and spending time with family. There is also the option to join Club in the Hub, a weekly Thursday night social event for everyone supported by Achieve at Crowle. It’s always a fun night of food, dancing, chatting and more!

Support model

The support model at Crowle Estate includes 24/7 rostered awake shifts and on-site registered nursing support. Security pass access is required to reach the floors where people live, ensuring safety. The model also promotes community participation, with support for attending day programs, jobs, and family catch-ups, such as picnics in the estate's beautiful and spacious grounds.
