The Richmond Street development includes a mix of High Physical Support homes, with a 4-bedroom home, 3-bedroom home, 2-bedroom home and a one-bedroom villa. 
 
Each option is designed to support different preferences for shared living or more private arrangements, while still being part of a connected site.

Achieve Australia delivers Supported Independent Living (SIL) tailored to each person’s goals, preferences and daily routines. Support is coordinated across the site, with consistent teams and planning in place to ensure a smooth transition and stable day-to-day living.

Support is coordinated in line with each person’s NDIS plan and delivered across the site, rather than each home operating separately.

People can express interest as an individual or as part of a group. Achieve works closely with participants, families and referrers to ensure the right fit and supports are in place before moving in.

Compatibility of routines, support needs and communication styles is carefully considered when matching people within shared homes.

Who this home is intended for

People who want to live independently, on their own or with others, with support focused on daily living, mobility and ongoing care needs.

The home is best suited to people with higher physical support needs, with design aligned to High Physical Support, and may also suit some Fully Accessible participants where this model is a good fit.

This accommodation and support model is not intended where behaviours of concern are incompatible with a shared living environment.
