The buildings are not internally connected, so staff moving between homes and villas will exit and re-enter each dwelling. This will need to be factored into staffing models and shift planning. 

These homes are best suited to people with high physical support needs who have moderate to high cognitive functioning and who benefit from the assistive technology and accessibility features built into the design. They are ideal for people who do not require constant line-of-sight supervision and who want to build their independence in a safe, modern environment. The site is not recommended for ambulant clients with high support needs who would not make use of the High Physical Support design features. 

The guys at Dundas enjoy a beautiful setting with nice gardens and vegetable patches, which they love to maintain.
