Windara is a registered NDIS provider. Our supported employment service, funded under the NDIS, offers training and job roles as part of the Windara team. We support people with disability to find and maintain a steady job.  

Ongoing work can help open many doors in life, including greater independence, choice, and new social networks.

Some of the work our supported employees enjoy includes:

  • catering and kitchen duties in our cafe 
  • catering for functions and events 
  • preparing and delivering our ‘Meals on the go’  
  • lawn and garden services  
  • cleaning services  
  • maintaining and assisting visitors in our retail nursery. 

 Our Windara team also enjoys leisure activities together such as bowling, fishing, scenic drives, and more.
