You've applied for a job.

What’s next?

Achieve Australia regularly recruits people to fill our frontline roles. We also recruit for corporate services and other roles as required.

We follow COVID-safe guidelines when conducting interviews and to onboard our successful new recruits. This includes virtual assessment centres, job interviews and onboarding sessions.

When you apply for a job at Achieve

When you apply for a job at Achieve Australia, you'll work with one of our HR team members throughout the hiring process.

We will provide you with information about what to expect at every stage of our selection process and ask about your preferred way of receiving information - email or phone.

Working in our sector, even in some corporate services roles, requires candidates to undergo standard checks. These include a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check. Frontline roles also require a current first aid certificate and  driver's licence. Our frontline team are often required to help transport our clients to appointments and community participation activities, so a licence is essential.

People applying for our frontline roles can choose to attend a 15-to-20-minute information session. We conduct these sessions regularly via video.

Email us anytime via: careers@achieveaustralia.org.au

Please get in touch if you have questions about:

  • a job role you want to apply for
  • our recruitment processes
  • any reasonable adjustments you may require throughout the recruitment process
  • or an alternative way you want to submit your application.

Once you have started a recruitment process with us, you can also talk to the HR team member coordinating your application.
