Achieve Australia regularly recruits people to fill our frontline roles. We also recruit for corporate services and other roles as required.

Achieve Australia has proudly earned the Disability Confident Recruiter (DCR) certification for 2024 to 2025! This recognition shows our commitment to breaking down barriers in recruitment and making our hiring processes more inclusive for people with disabilities. Let us know if you need any support throughout the recruitment process.

When you apply for a job at Achieve

When you apply for a job at Achieve Australia, you'll work with one of our HR team members throughout the hiring process.

We will provide you with information about what to expect at every stage of our selection process and ask about your preferred way of receiving information - email or phone.

Working in our sector, even in some corporate services roles, requires candidates to undergo standard checks. These include a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check. Frontline roles also require a current first aid certificate and  driver's licence. Our frontline team are often required to help transport our clients to appointments and community participation activities, so a licence is essential.
