Frontline Roles

Traineeships while you study

Each year Achieve Australia offers a number of traineeships and opportunities while you study. These lead to permanent roles with Achieve after finishing your studies if satisfactory work performance is demonstrated during the program.

Opportunities include:

  • Assistant in Nursing Traineeship: gain work experience at Achieve while completing a Cert III in Nursing, leading to a permanent Assistant in Nursing role
  • Support Worker Traineeship: gain work experience at Achieve while completing a Cert III in Disability, leading to a permanent Support Worker role
  • Support Worker Transition Program: a program which allows for current staff movement into Support Worker roles
  • Registered Nurse in Training Program: opportunities for enrolled nurses to work at Achieve while undertaking their Registered Nurse studies with automatic progression to a permanent Registered Nurse role at graduation
