Achieving through Work Experience
After finishing school in 2008, Dinesh Thambyrajah was ready to hit the workforce. As part of the Transition to Work program, Dinesh completed work experience at several organisations to find out which areas he was most interested in.
While working in the mailroom of a well known foundation, the staff was so impressed with Dinesh’s performance that they offered him casual employment. Dinesh loved working there and accepted the offer. The work experience will be highly valuable when Dinesh moves into Achieve Employment.
