People We Support

Achieve Australia supports people with disability to live and work in the community with varying degrees of independence. 

People are supported to learn and maintain life and work skills, develop relationships, make choices about their lives and participate in community activities.

Meet some of the people we support –

Russell works at the Marrickville FactoryRussell – Russell works at the Marrickville factory. He works within a team to ensure they complete tasks on time.

Dinesh – While doing work experience in a mailroom as part of the Transition to Work program, Dinesh’s employer was so impressed with his performance that they offered him casual employment. Dinesh accepted the offer and is now working in a job that he loves.

Wayne works at his local supermarketWayne – Wayne has been employed as Customer Service Officer at his local supermarket for over three years and has a great rapport with customers and his work colleagues.

Curly Girl Team – The supported employees at the Meadowbank factory work very hard as a team to produce high quality Curly Girl Stainless Steel Scourers.
