Achieve Australia has an elected Board of Directors providing governance and strategic direction.

The Board of Directors is responsible for:

Adherence to and fulfilling the objectives of the organisation;
Establishment of goals for the organisation;
Monitoring and reviews of management plans for the attainment of the organisation’s goals;
Setting the global policy framework;
Monitoring the financial position of the organisation;
Compliance with legal obligations, including Corporations Act 2011; and
Appointment of the Chief Executive Officer.
